Urethane castings are a great way to generate prototype parts for trade shows, engineering and design proveouts, sales and marketing samples or short run pre-production parts. Urethanes have a wide variety of physical properties which can simulate most production materials for part evaluation.
Urethanes simulate various production materials

  • Shore A and D durometers
  • Clear or tinted lenses
  • Molded in color
  • Molded in textures
  • Molded inserts
  • Multiple shot materials
  • Undercuts or no draft parts
  • Silicone molds can produce over 50 parts per tool
  • Virtually any size part
  • Glass and other fiber filled resins

Expanded Urethane Foam

Urethane foam is a process used to obtain part properties ranging from soft “sponge like” to structural foam similar to a hard wood. Part design is only limited to the imagination.
